If you are a Plumber and you need some fencing work done then put in a post that says 'will swap PLUMBING for...'  or 'will swap for fencing' or check it out to see if there is a thread called 'will swap fencing for...' and see if there is someone who needs plumbing services.

Don't forget, if you are not a 'trady' this is still the site for you. What about offering to do someone’s laundry for a month as a swap for the services you need? What about babysitting? What about cooking? Mending? Ironing?
